Mudsill app
Delete your data
Mudsill has no accounts, so there is no account to close. Your logs, photos and company details live only on your phone. Our server keeps a small record linked to a random app ID, and you can have that deleted too.
1. Delete everything on your phone
- Open Mudsill and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete all data and confirm.
This erases your projects, daily logs, photos, company name and logo straight away. Uninstalling the app does the same. We can't see this data, so we can't recover it for you afterwards.
2. Delete what our server keeps
- In Mudsill, open Settings and find your App ID at the bottom. It starts with "sn_".
- Email it to the developer address listed on Mudsill's Google Play page, asking us to delete your data.
We delete the server records linked to that App ID within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- How many free voice notes your App ID has used.
- How many minutes of voice notes it recorded each month.
- The time and IP address of each voice-note request.
What we never had
Our server does not store your voice recordings, transcripts or logs. They are turned into text and sent back to your phone, and nothing is kept.
What is deleted on its own
Even if you never ask, request records (time and IP address) are deleted automatically after 30 days, and monthly minute counts after 13 months.
Subscriptions
Deleting your data does not cancel a Mudsill Pro subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat under their own policies.
Full details are in our privacy policy.
